Aydem Energy is enlisted in the Great Place to Work® Best Employers of Turkey List with its 10 companies. Aydem Energy, which has been included in the list with 8 companies last year, broke its own record of "being the group with the most companies on the list " with its 10 subsidiaries this year.
Aydem Energy, one of the leading players in the Turkish energy sector, broke new grounds with its employee-oriented management approach and the performance it has shown in the field of high corporate culture. Aydem Energy has managed to be the first group to be included in the Great Place to Work® Best Employers of Turkey List with its 10 companies. Aydem Energy, which has been included in the list with its 8 subsidiaries last year, thus broke its own record in 2022 Aydem Energy, which has been operating in the fields of electrical energy generation, distribution and retailing for more than 40 years, has been entitled to be listed as a 'Best Workplace' with its 13 group companies in December 2021 by the Great Place to Work® Institute, which provides services on a global scale.

Emphasizing that behind this success there lies the cultural transformation projects that have been ongoing since 2019 and the practices that touch the employees, he continued as follows; “With our employee-centered perspective, our priority has always been the 'human'. Indicating that they have taken the inclusion and diversity projects also in their center, İslamoğlu stated; “With our “Aydem Equal Life” initiative, where we implement transformation projects in the field of gender equality, we work for the transformation of the culture, organization, training, physical conditions, recruitment processes and procedures in our group companies. Recently, as Aydem Energy and its group companies, we have been entitled to be included among the signatories of the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). With the aim of increasing the representation of female employees at all levels in our group, we plan to increase our female employee rate to 30 percent by the end of the year with the new recruitments. We aim to bring this ratio to the level of equal representation.”
